Welcome Back To Abilene

After six years in South Dakota, our family was finally sent back to Abilene, Texas. We were here briefly in 2019 while my husband was in training, never knowing that years later, life would bring us full circle and send us right back to where it all began.

And somehow, this beautiful family’s story brought us full circle, too.

We were incredibly fortunate to get to know this family during our years in South Dakota, and I have been so blessed to capture their family through the years. Six years, two sweet baby girls, and now another little one on the way. Getting to document these milestones has been such a special part of my journey as a photographer.

Now that we’re both back in Abilene, it felt only fitting to meet up at Abilene State Park for another family session. We spent the evening capturing their connection, their growing family, and a glowing mama-to-be with her beautiful baby bump.

There’s something so special about watching a family grow in front of your camera and getting to preserve those memories along the way. I’m beyond grateful that our paths have continued to cross through the years, and I’m even more excited to meet their newest little one very soon!
